Owner Leo came and picked us up when we got lost on the way to the apartment, carried our suitcases up, was very friendly and helpful. The apartments are colorful, fun, vintage style decor, cozy, with a stunning view of the sea. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to stay extra just to have more time in these apartments. We wished our itinerary allowed for more time in Rovinj and in these apartments. Highly recommended.

Apartment was great- spacious, clean, and comfortable. We especially appreciated the kids playroom stocked with toys. Easy walk to the beach and old town, and stores and restaurants. Host was very helpful as well. We definitely would stay here again.

Quiet, for people who love nature, but still close to Rovinj and beaches. The villa is very well equipped, wi-fi with strong signal, and the outside kitchen is all you need for summer cooking:) Bike and hike routs around.

I especially liked the coffee machine, and super comfortable beds! The private swimming pool is a excellent, and I appreciate that it was heated, so that we could swim in May when the outside temperature was not so high. I must appreciate also the staff, they found something that we left in the house and they offered to send it to our home address. Thank you guys.

So warm and cozy.. even the sheets smelled good! We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen contained everything you could possibly need in a holiday home- including kitchen scales! Bathrooms were great, with quality fittings. Tiny sitting area in the kitchen/dining space but you’re in a courtyard, so there’s room to enjoy it using the table and chairs outside. The guests respected that after 11 p.m. it is necessary to maintain a quiet night. A beautiful pebble beach approx. 200 meters from the accommodation. Unfortunately, in the evening, half of the way from the promenade to the house is unlit - you walk through a dark forest. It would be good (this does not apply as a reminder to the owner) to illuminate the entire street. In any case, we would love to go back there.
