Sa Pasadina está en Arbatax, a menos de 1 km de Playa de Rocce Rosse y a 14 min a pie de Spiaggia di Porto Frailis. The rooms are big, airy and comfortable. There is a small walled garden with pet tortoises, very unusual, plus a selection of cats that ignore you, mostly. The owner also has a really sweet, friendly Jack Russell (very well trained). The breakfast was great, we were given a choice of sweet or savoury and chose the latter. Breakfast was eggs, a platter with sausage and cheese, fresh baked rolls and fresh squeezed orange juice. Coffee is from a bean-to-cup machine. Everywhere is spotless and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Fantastic place within walking distance of some very good and very reasonable restaurants.

The city center and also the beaches are easily reachable with buses that stop in front of the house. The staff was really kind and helpful, provided also extra requests. There are also some nice places for breakfast, café and dinner in the neighbourhood.

Barbara was a delight, helped us to bus station for. beach and bought our tickets.The little stand where bus left was incredible with the food.The lady who served the food was very helpful.Location was great. Great boardwalk and restaurants.Would welcome another visit.

The location is perfect, you can go in 10 min in the city centre and going walking around everywhere. The room is spacious, modern, silent, very clean and comfortable. Easy check-in, good communication w/Laura. Comfy bed. Great patio and lawn, we used the v. efficient fridge to chill our wine, & glasses were provided. Room was super clean and very quiet & dark at night (good window coverings). Very short walk to the Sandy beach
