I loved waking up every morning, watching the sun rise over the mountains of Bora and drinking my coffee listening to the sound of the waves and nothing else. I enjoyed spending my time with the people at the hostel, the vibe was very chilled and relaxed and we had a lovely group of people staying who I became friends with. Tapu spent a lot of time with us talking, laughing, joking around and teaching us about the Polynesia culture with cultural activities (I still think my headband out of coconut leaves was the best 😋). He even took me and another guest on a little boat adventure on my last day. You have a shuttle going to the main island everyday, you can go hiking, snorkeling, and explore during the day and come back to your peaceful motu in the evening, such a great combo! You’re sharing the same beach as the most luxurious hotels in Bora. And although you’re not staying at any of them (why would you when you can experience the real Bora Bora?), you will definitely feel richer - in experience and memories! To sum up, I had so much fun!!!! Thank you Tapu for everything. I can’t wait to come back!
