As we came in a not so busy time of the year, they upgraded our room for free. Huge bed, we came with a child and it was spacious for all three of us. Staff were really helpful on every step.

It's the perfect hostel ! The team is super welcoming and friendly, the house is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is big if you like to cook, everything is very clean, the bed was confortable, it's in a quiet area but right in the center of the city, good restaurants in the street, everything is near. It is at almost equal distance from the fortress on one side and the old bridge from Mes on the other side. I was there in January, so I guess it must be even better in the summer when you can hang out outside in the terrace with a little bar.

This is the best shower in all the Balkans! It has strong water pressure, huge standing area, and a glass screen to stop the water wetting the rest of the bathroom. Book here just for that reason! On top of that they have very comfortable beds, friendly staff and a home cooked omelet every morning with coffee. It’s a slight walk down the main road out of town but I never once felt unsafe. Everyone was so friendly and greeted me on the street
