The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to accommodate a last minute change to our booking which was totally my own fault. Not only did she help us on that account, but she also went above and beyond in all other aspects of our stay and all that despite being short on staff due to illness. Massive thank you for this! Breakfast has a great selection and rooms are as advertised, very much recommend

A good spread for breakfast and the seating area is quite large. It is in the middle of Kufstein and not far from the train station and there is a shopping mall around the corner. The room was nice and big and had a balcony to sit out on.

The staff was extremely friendly, especially to pets! I travelled with two dogs, of which one is scared of strangers and tends to bark sometimes, but the staff was completely understanding and even pet the dog, showing fear wasn't necessary!
