Emmanuel was extremely helpful and efficient. On the first night I noted that there was no blind or curtain on the master bedroom window. I mentioned it to Emmanuel the next morning and he arranged for a maintenance man to come the next day and installed a black out curtain. Excellent service and very much appreciated!

The Largs Pier Hotel convinces with a beautiful location on the beach, which could even be seen from my motel room. The room leaves little to be desired. Certainly one of the best hotels I have experienced in Australia in three weeks. The room service is top! The staff are friendly and supportive.

Lovely room with large double bed and balcony overlooking a beautiful lake (with early morning rowers to watch) and beyond that, miles and miles of beach with lots of little places to stop and eat or drink. The hotel has a nice restaurant and bar with staff who could not have been more helpful in adapting their menu to feed two awkward vegetarians.

Was initially worried about poor Google Reviews so was glad our stay was very comfortable and aligned with travellers’ reviews on Booking.com . The in-room washer and dryer was the main reason for booking the apartment as we needed to do laundry. Received an unexpected upgrade to a double bedroom on the 9th floor. Deposit return processed promptly one day after check-out. Room as pictured.
