Pablo was simply the best host. I have a nut allergy and he catered to every meal we had in his restaurant. Nothing we asked for was too much trouble. The best stay we had in Chile and will remain in our memories forever. Pablo made recommendations to local must see attractions. Pablo took care and attention to likes and dislikes of food, my husband loves spicy food and Pablo made an extra spicy sauce just for him. Pablos cooking is honestly the best, always top tier meals served. The packed lunches are also incredible!! The rooms are comfortable and clean. We asked for laundry to be done and this was done quickly and affordable. When we read the reviews, we thought it can’t be that good! We will be the judge of that! But it really was!!
