The hotel is totally new, everything is shinning and the price is great for the area. The room was bigger than average rooms at this price. It is located in a quiet place, only 5 min walking to S-Bahn (P+R parking but no need to go there by car) and an Edeka store few minutes away (I went only by car there). Rewe and Aldi nearby, too. In the night, the reception is closed but the access is by card (the one for room) and check-in could be done by access code (if you arrive later than 10pm, you have to announce them). The breakfast is great! You can find from every category you wish and they are refilled permanently. The cafee is one of the best I tested in hotels. I had no problem with wifi but I used that only for reading news on mobile and social media. And, even if the hotel was fully booked, it was not noisy. We may may hear sometimes some heavy steps but nothing annoying. The lady manager is so supportive! Her attitude should become a standard in hospitality industry! And it was something I appreciated very much because I attended to AMBIENTE. There was a big accident on the route and traffic was blocked. They came to breakfast room to worn that to everyone! Great! That means to pay attention to your guests' needs!
