Everything was just amazing this is really the best hotels you can have holidays in Egypt I love this company have been to many of albatross hotels but I can tell you thing this is the best one the staff is so nice and friendly all of them so helpful and they really works from their heart thanks to all of them everyone and special thanks to HAZEM from the animation team ❤️ definitely will be back

The hotel includes 3 hotels: Sands,Oasis and Palace, so its territory is realy big as well as beautiful and very well maintained. We have spend 2 weeks there so could appreciate it enough. Dinners were great, a wide choice of food, very tasty beef, duck, turkey , fish and even prawns. Local wine is also good. And for lovers to eat a lot and a varied food a local mild anise tincture is offered at the end of dinner. Like in the best houses. The hotel beach is also nice. We were also pleased that piers for entering in the sea is nor very long. Coral reef is beautiful as well as everywhere in Marsa Alam, so you can enjoy swimming with a mask and fins. The entire territory of the hotel is stretched along the beach, so it is not far from any room to go to the beach. And one more plus: Port Ghalib - a nice bay with the shops, cafe and restrants - is very close , so the hotel guests can choose a day to enjoy their visit to Port Ghalib. I would like to note especially the friendliness of the staff moreover wherever you are on the beach , in a restaurant or at the reception. We were first given a room with a sea view but on the ground floor and it smelled a bit damp, so we asked to change a room. And were given a nice room on the first floor as well with a sea view. Among the top managers I would like to highly appreciate front office manage Ahmed Abdel Hafiez. We turned to him on various issues which he was ready to solve. My daughter plays and improvises on the flute so we asked Ahmed to organize her perfomance at the hotel. As there are three beautiful stages to perform there. It was a great pleasure for my daughter to play flute there and we hope that it was a pleasure for hotel guests to listen her. Ahmed Abdel speaks perfect English so it was pleasant and easy to communicate to him.

Very nice place, very nice staff, especially the reception Mohamed Salah, Mohamed Salem, Hamid, and all the staff are amazing. The Food was amazing and the room had a direct sea view /thank you so much for this amazing holiday

Great value for money – peaceful stay with beautiful reef and pool I stayed at Marina Resort in Port Ghalib and was pleasantly surprised by the combination of price and quality. The hotel has a charming traditional Arabian décor that creates a peaceful and nostalgic atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful coral reef just off the beach – perfect for snorkeling lovers. The pool was large, clean, and very relaxing, a great spot to unwind during the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was good. While the food could be improved in terms of taste and variety, considering the overall experience and affordable price, it’s a great value for money. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing escape with stunning sea life and a good pool, this place is definitely worth considering.

My stay was exceptional and beyond expectations. The staff were very attentive and cheerful 24/7! The room was spacious and spotless and the food options including the a la carte restaurants were excellent. The entertainment team also were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure everyone was enjoying themselves. The facilities overall the resort were great and well maintained.

I couldn’t think you enough for everything you did .The people are so professional and nice .Doing their best to make each guest happy.They are really taking care of every single detail .They even upgrade my room to another one pool and sea view …just when they know it is my first time to visit them and I am alone in my trip. Also,they have prepared a very nice table decorated with flowers when I was taking my dinner at beach restaurant without even asking for it .it was a vey nice gesture from them ❤️♥️❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at Iberotel. It's a great place, we were able to see sea turtles and dugongs. The hotel itself is new, modern, comfortable, with great food and friendly staff. Every morning at breakfast we were greeted by Dina with a big smile and we immediately felt like we were at home. We could turn to her or to any member of the staff with any question, for any help. Our child was delighted with her, the staff and Chef's Heyden's incredible team who treated us from morning to evening. The food was very varied, for every taste, and changing each day. The entertainment program was great and varied. We loved the animation team of Mr Simba, and all artists who performed for us. All the staff were very friendly and made our holiday unforgettable. We initially planned to stay for 4 nights, but we liked it so much that we came back for another 3 nights. We will definitely come here again.

Everything. The resort is beautiful, extremely clean, quiet and perfectly managed. The staff is nice and helpful. Nice shows, amazing food always different. Plenty of activities to plan during your stay. We loved everything and can't wait to come back. GREAT snorkeling with also sea turtles on site.

Beach - The beach was large, clean, and a lot of fun. It was rocky to enter at first but after a few meters, the ground was walkable (sandy). Additionally, they had a dock where one could jump to snorkel and see the red sea fishes. However, you don't need to snorkel to see the variety of fish. One could be sitting in the water a meter from the shore and be able to see yellow and purple fish. So beautiful! There was an option to arrange excursions if you walked up the stairs. Additionally, one could walk through the Jaz resorts and experience other shores if you liked, but we didn't feel the need to do that. Also, there is a swing above the beach that has the most amazing view of the water. Food - The main restaurant had a variety of food where everything was labeled accurately. During breakfast, the fresh honey selection was unbeatable (blackseed, mango, fig, etc.) with the French Toast. They also had diet jam which was rare for us to see at an Egyptian resort. Also, the cereal selection was wide. Coffee machines were reliable. The restaurant was open pretty late for dinner as well. The beach snack bar was amazing during lunch. I wish we would have gone there more during the off-hours to have their chicken shawarma sandwich. The grill at dinner was great. Rooms - Rooms were very spacious, well air-conditioned, had a TV and minifridge. We loved that each balcony had a drying rack for swimsuits. Drinks- While we only enjoyed non-alcoholic beverages, the bartenders were very quick in serving us and making good mocktails (mojitos). Keep in mind that the bar closes at midnight. Pools were clean and lit up at night. Entertainment – The Magic World by Jaz Entertainment group was phenomenal. Each night, there was some kind of entertainment. Our favorite show was the oriental one. Sitting in the sand, they had amazing fire performers, belly dancers, tanoura dancers, and a snake show. At the end, it was a mini dance party where Egyptian music was playing.
