They changed my room to accommodate pets at short notice. I know they had to juggle some bookings to do this which was above and beyond what they needed to.

The room was spacious, the bathroom, excellent, with good flowing shower. We did not have breakfast, as dinner the night before sustained us well into late morning!

Amazing location with a fantastic view of the harbour and of Instow opposite. Beautifully decorated, clean rooms with really comfortable beds and lovely additions including proper coffee and biscuits, lovely scented bathroom products, and additional snacks available for a small fee. Attached to a lovely pub with really friendly staff, and a great quiz every Sunday! Would return to stay here every time. We loved it.

Stayed 1 night after deciding to add on another day after our wedding and a few days in High Bickington. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, loved the milk & ice which came in very handy. Very warm, dog friendly (ours loved watching the boats from the balcony) cosy apartment, helpful host and WHAT A VIEW. Genuinely had one of the best night sleeps I’ve had in a long time. So beautiful place I thoroughly enjoyed my stay very friendly hospitality and very close to the beach only 5 minutes to drive , in the farm my son was so happy to see jumping goats on trampoline it was so funny 😆, Very delicious breakfast , we will definitely come back again!!!

Wonderful location. Right next to Croyde beach. Really enjoyed the facilities, there were plenty of games to choose from. Everything we needed was there. It's an ideal spot for families and we were a collection of families and were able to mix very comfortably. I liked that you could easily hire surf gear also, and that the lovely village is walking distance.
