Room lovely and WARM ! Meal in restaurant great. Staff warm and friendly. Bar staff quick to serve...ooh those gin and tonics-------location is perfect, shopping on your doorstep. The breakfast was amazing and the staffs were helpful and friendly. They have outdoor play area and toys for kids and the hotel is kid-friendly. The guest restrooms at the reception area are always clean too. The staffs are approachable and always ready to help.
