Very nice hotel with amazing views. We also tried the two on premises restaurants as well as the food at the beach bar. All was really good and tasty. The hotel stuff is also extremely professional and courteous. All in all a great stay. Upon arrival we decided to upgrade to a deluxe room and make our stay a bit more special.

Really friendly staff, from the reception to the beach staff, the restaurants, the snack bar, the cleaning staff. Perfect!!! Special thanks to the guest relations manager Yannis!!! The food in the main restaurant...amazing...breakfast and dinner buffet...just exceptional. Beach was 10+++, the sea...amazing. The pools were clean... perfection. We will be coming back!!!! Best vacation so far (family, 2 kids)

the hotel area is wonderfull. The organization of the Easter celebration was on a high level. The breakfast is very various and delicious. But the breakfast box (in case of early departure) disappointed me. The hotel managment should review the possibility to add hot meal in the box as the package is allowed to do it and the hotel level gives an expectation of such care. But it's just a recommendation. Despite of that our stay was amazing.

Great location by the water/port away from the busiest part of the city. The rooms are modern and very nicely furnished, spotless clean. Beds are very comfortable. The nice addition of a jacuzzi made the afternoon very pleasant and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and extremely service minded. Fantastic breakfast that you can enjoy outside the hotel or at the rooftop area. Parking is easy as you can park for free at the port just 100 meters away. Bonus tip: the equally fantastic restaurant Piato is just 30 meters from the hotel. Book both for an unforgettable combination.

Our recent stay at the InterContinental Crete was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a stunning sea view room, which set the tone for a truly memorable getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely eager to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. The hotel itself is modern, luxurious, and recently built, with elegant design touches that create a serene and upscale atmosphere. Everything from the lobby to the rooms exudes comfort and sophistication. We were especially impressed by the abundant and delicious breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. One of the highlights of our stay was relaxing on the sunbeds by the infinity pools on the 5th and 9th floors. The pools offer breathtaking views over the Aegean Sea and a calm, peaceful ambiance that's ideal for unwinding.
