Beautiful property overlooking the bay to Kalamata. George the Manager is delightful and happy to help with anything. We cooked up a pasta for dinner using his home grown tomatoes. Lovely relaxing stay . The facilities are great quality, the views wonderful.

Grand Hotel Kalamata is a new building, a great hotel right by the sea. The pedestrian street in front of it is just being completed. Our room was amazing. We got a better room on the sea side. It also had a balcony. The bed was comfortable, the pillow selection was wide, the sheets and blankets were of high quality, as were the towels. The welcome drink was a nice gesture. Thank you! We found a place for our car in the hotel parking lot. The behavior of the staff is polite and correct, but also cordial. The professionalism didn't cover it up which is great! Kalamata is a fairly large city and the Grand Hotel Kalamata is located on its "edge", that is, if you look from the direction of the center. Of course, the location by the sea is also an advantage.

Serenity by the Breeze is a large, beautiful, penthouse apartment just a few minutes' walk from the beach, bars and restaurants, and is exceptional in every way. It has a large terrace to relax on and a rooftop solarium that has great views. The apartment itself has a very stylish modern decor, is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Upon arrival we found lovely touches of fruit, pastries etc. to welcome us, and of course Irene our host, with the key! Irene was very quick to respond to questions before/during our stay, and couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you, Irene (and Theo), we had a wonderful stay at Serenity and certainly hope to return sometime.

We had such a fantastic experience here! John and his partner were truly amazing hosts – very accommodating, friendly, and always going above and beyond to make our stay special. The property itself is spotless, neat, and perfectly located just five minutes from the main town. While it’s on a busy street, the stunning views more than make up for it. The pool and lounging area are a highlight, with direct private access to the sea. There isn’t a traditional beach, but you can still get into the water if you wish – though honestly, the pool and the views are so incredible that you hardly need it. We traveled with small kids and stayed in a two-bedroom unit, which was super spacious and worked perfectly for our family of five. It’s an excellent choice for families, with plenty of space and comfort. Food options on-site are limited, but this wasn’t an issue. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it’s easy to order takeaway from local spots. The property also has a lovely little restaurant area with beautiful views where you can enjoy your own meals. And the coffee deserves a special mention – unlimited and absolutely amazing in the mornings, which was such a treat! Overall, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We would definitely return if we’re back in the area.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment — it felt just like home! The space was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful details that added a sense of care and quiet luxury. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen fully equipped, and we didn’t miss a thing. The view of Mount Taygetos was absolutely stunning — every morning we’d sit on the balcony and take in the peaceful mountain scenery. It really added a sense of calm and relaxation to our stay. The location was perfect too: a quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything in Kalamata and the most important close to the sea. Our host was one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve met during our travels. He welcomed us with a smile, gave us great local tips, and was always available if we needed anything. Honestly, we wouldn’t change a thing. This is definitely a place we’ll come back to, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing stay in Kalamata.
