The entire staff was a class act! Everyone made you feel welcome, very professional while being sincere in treating you like a 'guest', rather than as a client. Breakfast, Housekeeping, the owner, the Front Desk staff all get a 10+. New, modern accommodations, whose selection you could tell were given personal, as well as practical ( to the traveler's) need. We were originally going to stay for just one night, and move on to the next town in our journey, but the quality of staff and the facility, was enough to convince us to extend for a second night. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel on the Kastoria lake, with nice lake view. Nice pool. The staff, especially gentleman on the reception desk, is very helpful and professional. Breakfast is really good, with a lot of options for everyone.

Very friendly and attentive staff, nice location with a view of the lake, good rooms. The whole hotel reminds me of hotels in Germany/ Austria/ Switzerland/ the Alps back in the 1950s but with wifi and friendly staff.
