Very close to the beach (you can see it from the balcony). The place itself is actually very spacious, there is a kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom with balcony. It has the best internet connection i ever had in Greece. The space is clean, good AC, smart tv and a big fridge. The neighbors are renting boats, this is also very convenient. Good restaurants a few minutes walking distance (especially Garlic) and 2 supermarkets. If you have a car (private parking is included) all the magic beaches can be reached in a few minutes drive. The host, Antonius, is also very nice and helpful, thank you!

The apartment was perfect and cleaned on daily basis, location is great, you can easily access the best beaches on Sithonia that are located on the northeast and west part, the pool is nice to chill out in the morning or evening and probably good for families but, in my opinion, that is just a nice accessory to the new, beautiful complex, I prefer the closeness of the sea. The hosts are amazing, kind, polite, patient and attentive

The room was spacious and very clean, and the balcony had a beautiful sea view. We stayed over Easter and were warmly welcomed with a platter of food, red eggs, wine, and juice — such a thoughtful gesture! I truly recommend this stay!

I strongly recommend this hotel. The view from the rooms and the whole scenery is fantastic; the forest that surrounds the place, the seaview to the Aegean and the small island of Kelyfos just in front of you while enjoying your coffee or glass of wine in the veranda. We had 2 different rooms. Both of them had a AC which you could set as you like. Kitchen drawers were decently equipped, everything we needed was there. Fridge was running already on arrival. Towels and bed sheets were included. Host was really friendly, could ask if we needed something. There is also new asphalt road to this property, so no more dusty roads.

We had booked a room but when we got there he offered us an apartment right on the beach as it was free. Amazing!
