Third year we where there, we really like the services available in the hotel, the town, the view. But..Cleaning service now is lower, and the building is getting older, few things should be replaced or repaired. The food choices was a bit less and bit untasty compaired with the memories. Still very good but it was better.

L'Orangerie was a big surprise. The apartment seemed perfect in the pictures, but I have to admit that it was even better than we expected. Everything was perfect, accommodation, service, wonderful staff, they made our vacation very pleasant. Perfectly clean and spacious apartment, definitely the best accommodation we have ever had. everything went from check in to check out. the view was absolutely breathtaking and the facilities were amazing. Our room was so big and modern. they even upgraded us to a suite for our honeymoon. They gave us little surprises throughout the stay to make it even more memorable. we will definitely come back to this hotel if given a chance. best hotel experience from the trip!

Everything, the breakfast was delicious and had everything you wish to have. Staff were very attentive and nothing was a problem for them. Nice to see staff with a smile. Room was great and cleaning staff were great. The view from room was just stunning. The manager (Kresto, I think is the spelling) was really good at his job, nothing was a problem for him. When we had a request, he came up with the correct solution.

For stays longer than 1 night, there is a possibility that the hotel might transfer you to another room.

We have been to Dubrovnik 1x and mutually gifted this stay to my wife and I for our 26th wedding anniversary :))) The hotel surprised us beyond our expectations ... from the staff to the facilities and the location of the hotel.. After a full day of historical exploration of Dubrovnik, we had a very relaxing time in the sauna, pool and of course we finished with a relaxing massage. The surroundings and location of the hotel has its own indescribable charm :)) the restaurant where we spent the whole evening with a great dinner and wine = service of course 10 points we are already sure that we will be back again:)))
