The hotel exceeded my expectations, the pictures on the websites not do justice to how nice the place it. The staff and people were extremely accommodating, I could not have asked for a better place to stay.

The booking was for 3 adults but breakfast for 2 had initally been laid out. This was quickly remedied once it was pointed out to the host. It is very basic and the lack of an electric kettle was very apparent. We don't drink coffee, but i wouldn't want to use the coffee machine if i did. The wi-fi is fine in the reception area are but weak to unobtainable else where. Had some issue with the shower which we finally managed to resolve ourselves after making numerous calls to the host who appeared indicated that they would be at the property in a few minutes, but this may just be a misunderstand as i don't speak Italian. Can't really blame the host for not speaking English.

We had a great stay. The property was clean, recently renovated and provided a spacious room for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. It’s close to Castiglione Costenino Station and there are plenty of shops nearby. Our hosts were lovely too. We were unexpectedly delayed by an hour with check out due to an issue with our rental car and they were very understanding. They were lovely, lovely people.
