Our stay at this newly opened, family-owned hotel near Mount Fuji was simply extraordinary. The service was beyond outstanding — warm, personalized, and truly from the heart. Honestly, I love everything. I am so so happy I booked and paid more for the Mt.fuji View. This alone was the highlight of my trip, waking up and going to bed, having this incredible view was insane. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel right next to kawaguchi station, the famous Lawson shop/photo op, near Lake kawaguchi and near the rope line. The staff were amazing and friendly and loved using the shuttle bus. I would definitely stay here again.

The owner was so nice! The food was excellent! We had the best time. We arrived completely drenched from rain and the owner offered to dry our things and was taking care of our shoes and everything the whole time and he speaks great English. The surroundings is so peaceful.

Great location in a quiet area. Clean and spacious place for a big family. There were 3 Japanese style rooms on the 2nd floor. We loved the private car parking spot next to the house. The kitchen and the washing machine worked well. There were umbrellas for rainy days. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
