Our stay at Fujiya was exceptional. The hotel has a grand, old world charm to it in a Japanese style. There were amazing details to see in the building itself and the grounds. Service was amazing by the staff who all spoke good English. Food was wonderful and served in a very classy full service style with silverware. The gardens and koi pond were beautiful in the autumn. The onsen spa also was great after a long day's sightseeing. It was a truly memorable experience to stay here and a highlight of our trip.

Beautiful scenic view, excellent food. Also excellent vegetarian food if you inform the saff a week before the stay. Large and nice rooms. Staff was extremely friendly and was always open to our requests. The Hotel provides a shuttle service to Odawara.

The property is located next to the bus stop. The staffs are very helpful and let me left my luggage there before check out. I was a solo traveller but they upgraded my room. It’s so nice. The onsen is great. The whole environment is amazing and it was an amazing experience for me. I will visit again as this property is highly recommended. The Breakfast and dinner buffets were great with different varieties of food.
