This is a great hotel. It is very well located. The rooms are beautiful, large and well laid out. They are spotless and very comfortable. The staff are exceptional. They were very friendly and helped us when we needed help for a medical issue.

The incredible staffs they have there are the best in by far in any other hotel I went in Japan in the last 3 months They come every day to tie up the room and resplendish the coffee and towels. Even the housekeepers are top noshes . Friendly and useful, just like the main desk clerks
