Incredible service and incredible overall experience. It's like staying in a fancy cabin in the snow. The lounge area with the giant fireplace is awesome, very nice food, very spacious rooms and first class facilities such as the onsens and indoor swimming pool. The decor could be interpreted as dated (as other reviews have stated) but we felt this simply adds to the warmth and cosiness of the establishment. The service here is seriously next level and it is fantastic value for money.

Great service and food. Iiyama line was suspended but they offered a shuttle from bus stop nearby. It really cheered me up with the real vibe of “yukiguni” and outdoor onsen when snow flowing over me.

Fantastic location but rooms were old and neglected..stained curtains, too short duvets ( not very fresh)..

Very friendly staff who were always ready to offer their help! The room had a view of the farm and mountains which were really idyllic on a clearer day. I also appreciate the small onsen at the end of a long day. Had a really relaxing time there and will visit again!

Everything!! The room was stunning with its private onsen where we could customize the water temperature while enjoying breathtaking panoramic views. The staff went above and beyond with their exceptional kindness and attentiveness. A special mention goes to the onsen lady! It was a pleasure communicating with her despite language barriers. Excellent accommodation. Very comfortable for our family of 5. Our kids had one room with 3 beds and another room for us. The kitchen was clean and modern with everything you could need, even a rice cooker. The location is very close to the ski lifts 5-8min walk and the town in 5 mins walk down the hill.
