Our stay at Fujiya was exceptional. The hotel has a grand, old world charm to it in a Japanese style. There were amazing details to see in the building itself and the grounds. Service was amazing by the staff who all spoke good English. Food was wonderful and served in a very classy full service style with silverware. The gardens and koi pond were beautiful in the autumn. The onsen spa also was great after a long day's sightseeing. It was a truly memorable experience to stay here and a highlight of our trip.

The room was really good. There was a nice view. The private onsen was a first time thing for me. It was a really good experience! I had the occasion to eat there too at night. The taste and quality were outstanding. The staff was also really professional and lovely.

Beautiful scenic view, excellent food. Also excellent vegetarian food if you inform the saff a week before the stay. Large and nice rooms. Staff was extremely friendly and was always open to our requests. The Hotel provides a shuttle service to Odawara.
