Completely amazing pricing for all that's included, a lovely place with many essential shops around and what felt like it's own smaller town. Staff were lovely and I like to keep my room on do not disturb and they left fresh towels and bottles of water outside my room every day. It's about an hour and a half bus ride into your central places but would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I came to this hotel for a one night staycation, and we absolutely loved the experience. It was in an amazing location, close to the subway/train station and surrounded by lots of cafes, convenience stores and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the view from the room was amazing. At one point we had a problem with the shower but they sent someone up within 5 minutes and it was fixed immediately, so that was very convenient for us. The swimming pool had both a pool and a hot spa type pool. It was really lovely, but very busy at the time we chose! Despite that we still enjoyed it a lot. They have nice spacious private showers you can use before and after swimming too. (In some hotels in korea the swimming pool showers are not so private!) The breakfast was really delicious, with a great range of western and korean options. I really loved the pancakes! It's a large hall with a lot of tables and chairs so despite being busy it was easy to get a table and sit down immediately. The staff speak both Korean and English and are very professional and kind. They were always ready to explain things and answer any questions. Loved my stay here and I would happily stay again in the future. Great hotel for couples, and also families!!

Very well kept hotel at a great location in Songdo, right next to the Central Park, with many restaurants, caffes and shops. Also a nice children playground just in front. All the staff was very kind and responsive. 30min max by taxi to the airport so it makes a great last (or first) stop on the Korea journey!

Great location connected to Suwon Station through a shopping mall with great choices for food and shopping. Long distance bus from incheon airport dropped us right in front of the hotel! The biggest plus is the friendly and helpful reception staff, especially Genie, who spent time helping us plan our days and transport. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and a fabulous breakfast.
