Upon arrival we were met with the doormen who took our luggage straight to the room. Check-in was smooth even though they didn't see payment from bookings .com. We were given our room despite the payment issue. Room was well laid out clean and beyond our expectation. All staff were very friendly and always ensuring all was okay. Check out was also excellent

Lovely property very close to the heart of the city. Very helpful owner who told us about the history of the building. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen area plus use of a communal washing machine and dryer. Would highly recommend
