Everything about the stay,right from the check-in to check out was a pleasant experience.The location of the hotel is directly on the beach .Rooms are quite big,comfortable and fully equipped. It was an awesome holiday we had! All staffs were very accomodating especially their manager sir ejaz, the chief chef of the restaurant, crew had provided us an excellent service. Their service really amazed us, they treated us like a family, like we have known each other for long time. My friends asked me if i came there already, and i said it was my first time to be there. Its all worth it to go back and spend time for a rest, there in HOLIDAY INN JUBAIL. surely, they will take care of you. I probably go back for another holiday there.

Very early breakfast even earlier than said in reception allowed to begin morning work earlier in more comfortable temperature range as I traveled in hottest period in August. Helpfull personnel organized taxi to Dammam airport.

I would highly recommend this hotel for those who are expecting a clean and cozzy environment. What an amazing staff . What an amazing place . From breakfast to dinner to pool to room service , everything was 10 star . I am coming back again sooon.
