the hotel is located in the heart of the city in pedestrian area. Baris was so kind to inform all the details of hotel and ways to get to the hotel in advance. we were in constant contact. We were on motorbikes and he welcomed us and helped to get inside the internal hotel common place on motos. we were so grateful for this kind service. everything was on very high level. The room and whole hotel premises are very stylish and clean. the hotel has its own ancient style with modern facilities. the breakfast was good. the personnel is very freindly and service- oriented. hotel is 10 min by foot to main sightseeing’s.

Aside from a gorgeous look and great location, this hotel really looks after guests. They went above and beyond to make our trip to Urfa fun and welcoming. This is a hospitality driven business, which cares for their guests as they would visiting family. Nothing was too much trouble. There was lots of suggestions about how to spend our time we took, and had a much richer time because of it. The breakfast is excellent.

We loved the authentic surrounding, full of culture and located in a good place for all amenities. The staff there are all so kind and accommodating. The bed was so comfortable the room had great ambiance. You are served traditional breakfast and plenty of Turkish tea . They also assisted us with doing our laundry . They are so willing to help with anything , we had a bit of a dilemma with our hire car … needed some help with this so they took us to have the car sorted in like an hour .. amazing 🤩. We highly recommend staying here … you will be well looked after !!! And they speak good English especially Mahamet and Adryan . We will be going back to see them .

Everything was perfect, clean room, plenty of space. Good location. Very quiet. We are happy and had a good rest.
