I’m absolutely thrilled with my stay at this hotel! Everything was truly top-notch — from the stylish design and spotless, comfortable rooms to the exceptional service. Every single staff member was incredibly polite, warm, and genuinely attentive. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly cared for. A special thank you to Kim, who made my mornings so delightful during breakfast. She was always smiling, so kind and thoughtful — it really set the tone for a great day. There was another lovely girl working alongside her, just as sweet and professional. I believe her name was also Kim, but I’m not entirely sure. In any case, I want to sincerely thank them both — you two are amazing! I’m beyond satisfied with my experience and will definitely come back here on my next trip to Dubai — even if it means going out of my way in terms of location. That’s how great this hotel is. I am extremely satisfied with my stay at this apartment. From the moment we arrived, the bellman was welcoming and helpful, and the 24-hour front desk staff were fantastic, especially since we checked in late at midnight. We loved the spacious two-bedroom apartment, with a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate laundry room with both a washing machine and dryer. The balcony was a great bonus, overlooking the beautiful swimming pool, and it even had space to hang clothes. There was also a kiosk by the pool offering ice cream, smoothies, and drinks. The apartment also had a wonderful kids' playroom, with someone always on hand to supervise, and a complete gym (although I didn’t use it). Its location is excellent, with a large hypermarket (Spinney) and a mosque nearby, which is a great convenience for Muslim guests. When it was time to check out, they graciously allowed us a late checkout at 3 PM since our flight was at 9:30 PM and we had no place to go. A big thank you to Catty, the front office duty manager, for her exceptional hospitality from start to finish. I would definitely return here on my next visit!

Thanks to him, we felt genuinely valued. Everything else food, pool, and service was excellent too.
