Kerculla Resort is located at the top of Gjirokastra, 16 km from Antigona, 52 km from Saranda, 65 km from Butrinti and 36 km from Syri i Kaltër ( Blue Eye ) ! This place is an absolute gem! Me and my girlfriend spent 4 nights in the resort during spring and there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Amazing staff, such lovely and friendly team of people. Great breakfast, awesome service, comfortable facilities and the restaurant serves very good food which is exactly what you need if you do not feel like searching for a resteurant in Gjirokaster. We loved it and will return!

Nice traditional design elements in an otherwise very modern and comfortable room. The old town is a short (and steep) walk away. We enjoyed the walk and it was nice not having to drive through the narrow cobblestone streets.

Beautifully renovated, elegant, even better than in the pictures, very cozy apartment, with huge and comfy beds, suitable for even 6-7 people. There is a washing machine also. As with every guest house stay in Albania, you come for the views but you stay for the albanian hospitality. As a couple we enjoyed a lovely double room on a beautifully crafted hard wood bed in a calm of the beaten path location. We enjoyed our night there, entertaint by the host, who, dispite his knowledge of English, was able to convey his love for his country and culture and the people who visited his house. We absolutely loved our stay there and we were sadend we couldn't stay a another night due to our busy traveling schedule. When we will visit Albania again, we will surely pass by thia lovely home again!
