The room was very clean and set up nicely for us upon arrival. When we first got there, we were offered a drink and they got us checked in quickly then showed us to our room. They gave a brief overview of the room and everything available. During our stay, it was our nice little retreat when we got overwhelmed/tired from exploring, which we did a lot. The bartender was awesome and nice to chat with. The rest of the staff was fantastic as well. Not once did we feel like we weren't welcome there. Hopefully we can be back some day.

The breakfast was made to order every morning and very tasty. We had two early morning excursions and they brought breakfast to our room early before we left.

The entire staff was friendly, kind, and welcoming from the moment we got there till the moment we got off the boat in Placencia. It was truly a wonderful place.

Liked the hot tub in the living room and the shower is very cool. Security guard overnight is a good feature.
