Excellent staff who all went out of their ways to attend to all our requests and beyond. We were offered tea coffee and use of bathroom facilities on early arrival and again until 10pm when we had to wait for our 2am flight. The food at the restaurant was very good and the restaurant manager was courteous and super attentive which made the meal that much more enjoyable. We loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The hotel is centrally located but very quiet and cosy.

The location was perfect, making it super easy to explore the city. My room was not only comfortable but also fully equipped with everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. I can’t wait to return on my next visit! Highly recommend!

El hotel es lujo todo, desde que se hace el check in , te reciben con todos los servicios. Se preocupan por el idioma que hablas y te dan solución a todo. La habitación tiene todas las comodidades , y servicios. Y una decoración poco vista en hoteles de categoría. Lo recomiendo para la mejor estadía en Vancouver.
