Pablo was simply the best host. I have a nut allergy and he catered to every meal we had in his restaurant. Nothing we asked for was too much trouble. The best stay we had in Chile and will remain in our memories forever. Pablo made recommendations to local must see attractions. Pablo took care and attention to likes and dislikes of food, my husband loves spicy food and Pablo made an extra spicy sauce just for him. Pablos cooking is honestly the best, always top tier meals served. The packed lunches are also incredible!! The rooms are comfortable and clean. We asked for laundry to be done and this was done quickly and affordable. When we read the reviews, we thought it can’t be that good! We will be the judge of that! But it really was!! Evening meal after evening meal, we were blown away by his proficiency and customer services

The elevated cabin is set back behind the main building facing an open field. Even though it is located on the main road, you wouldn’t know it. Facilities were wonderful.

Love the products (cream, shampoo, others). The restaurant is a value point. The location os the hotel is on the main road, near to the gas station. The staff recommend us to visit Puerto Balmaceda (2hrs drive), nice place!

Patagonia is a luxurious mountain lodge set against the panoramic backdrop of the snow-capped Andes. It offers 4 exclusive suites with free Wi-Fi and balconies with views of Coyhaique Valley. Ruth and her team are doing things right. It starts with the friendly staff (and perky rescue pets) at check-in. The rooms are impeccable. High-quality matress and bedding, beautiful wood materials, very nice bathroom with walk-in shower and excellent water pressure (not always a given in this part of the country). Large picture frame windows offering views of the surrounding scenery. The grounds are well kept with a focus on endemic species of trees and plants. We had dinner at their restaurant. Again, service with a smile and really good food. Breakfast was buffet style, with cooked-to-order eggs, a selection of pastries, meats, cheeses, smoked salmon, fresh baked bread, fruits, juices, etc. etc. We traveled around Chile for about a month, and this was hands down our favorite place.

The host, Gabi, is exceptionally friendly and helpful. She gave us a lot of advice about things to do in Patagonia. I loved the giant map on the wall to help us with our planning, and we could use the well-provisioned common areas at all times of day. Breakfast was homemade and delicious.

Hacienda Tres Lagos, is a charming place in the Chilean part of Patagonia. Isolated and surrounded by magnificent nature and the General Carrera, Negro and Betrand Lakes within walking distance. Great place in absolutely amazing nature. Fantastic service - super friendly and helpful service staff
