Staff was super friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. They even helped me with ordering food to be delivered at the hotel!! I could wash my clothes for free here, which was so needed as I was already traveling for a full week. I would definetely be back when in Shanghai!

This place was great, the apartment is modern clean and tidy and the host was very friendly and helpful with local experiences. The location is great for getting around the city and is a block away from 'The Peoples Square' which is a great place to find the branded shops and the crowds and the mall leads down to the 'Bund' for great city and river views. The host also has entry keys to the busy street below which is a great place for the Didi pick up or getting out and about on foot

It is rare to experience such a seamless combination of luxury, care, and warmth. J Hotel Shanghai exceeded every expectation, and we cannot wait to return.

JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Shanghai Pudong Pudong Pudong is located on the bank of Huangpu River in Shanghai’s dynamic Pudong district and close to Lujiazui central business district. This hotel is wow Maybe there better once but i highly recommend this one because the quality of room, service, location all is wonderful

Really good professional hotel. The rooms were bigger than I thought. The staff is professional. It is true many of them don't speak English that well but it's really no problem for checking in and doing the basics. One of the manager who speaks English very well exceeded our expectations. He was super attentive and helped us make some restaurant bookings. I wish I remembered his name
