Overall my recent stay at Intercontinental Kuming is with absolute satisfactory. Especially I was very happy for the assistance by the Concierge te4am. Mr Smulin was very helpful to me such as buying new air tickets to other city of China and further amendments as well as arrangement for my airport transfer. He was always very active with quick responses, willing to help and did his best. If I was asked, I would give him and his concierge team at Intercontinental Kuming the full score 10 out of 10. La propiedad es increíble. Total armonía con el estilo de la ciudad vieja, pero con el comfort de un 5 estrellas. La comida occidental es excelente y es uno de los pocos lugares donde encontramos. Tuvimos la suerte de levantarnos con todo nevado!

The toiletries are well-stocked, and the bath amenities are from Penhaligon's. The breakfast is delicious, and the overall experience is highly recommended.

This charming boutique inn was one of the most amazing hotel stays I've ever experienced in my life. For me, it hit all the right notes. It was comfortable, modern, invigorating, great location, the village was enchanting, the hosts were extremely kind, the food was exceptional, the setting is as good as it gets, the building and courtyard had character and history, there was fresh Yunnan tea in the rooms, the views were exceptional, it was quiet and calm, and on and on... Highly recommended, I think about this place every day since I left.

My room was very comfortable and modern designed with spacious bedroom. Stunning view of the city. The best room i got during my trip in China. Also the location was great i mean close to everything (metro, bus , attractions).
