Hotel Las Islas has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and private beach area in Baru. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Fantastic beach resort. Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and dinners were nice. The bar has great vistas and on the roof there is a telescope so I got to see Saturn and its rings. Rooms have those Japanese automatic toilets which I had never experienced before.

Raw KokoMar PosadaNativa is a recently renovated guest house in Baru, near Playa Blanca. Situated on the beachfront, this property has a bar. The property wasn’t the greatest.
