My stay was exceptional and beyond expectations. The staff were very attentive and cheerful 24/7! The room was spacious and spotless and the food options including the a la carte restaurants were excellent. The entertainment team also were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure everyone was enjoying themselves. The facilities overall the resort were great and well maintained.

Located along its own private beach, Gemma Resort offers views over the Red Sea. It features indoor and outdoor pools, and wellness centre. Several restaurants and bars are also available. Our experience here was outstanding. When we got there, we had a confusion with the booking, which was our fault, and the hotel manager got out of his way to help us. He even offered us a romantic dinner at the beach to make our experience better. It is undoubtedly the best attention we have ever received in a hotel

Everything, starting from amazing reception, food. Pools. Beaches and great kind staff of the resort. The resort is gigantic, but they do have gold cars to get you around, and they are available with very kind drivers. They have 3 beaches. Two of them are rocky but you fo enjoy the sea life where you can see a lot of fish and sea creatures. I would like to thank Mr. Mostafa Osman, who made our stay special and did all his efforts to make us enjoy the stay

Sunrise Anjum Resort features a garden, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Marsa Alam City. This 5-star resort offers room service, an ATM and free WiFi. The hotel is absolutely incredible. It’s brand new and the rooms are so spacious and bright with big windows. The stuff is so welcoming, our host from a reception Mahmoud Hefny is the reason we would come back again. The food is also a highlight, the chef is incredibly nice and the food options every night are astonishing. Fish, vegetarian, meat options, the buffet is plentiful and every day we are so excited to eat.

Sentido Reef Oasis Suakin Resort features a private beach area, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Marsa Alam City. It is one of the best hotels in Egypt. Friendly staff, great location, modern design, great facilities, wonderful beach. We’ve got room upgrade for free, welcome fruits and bar filled with refreshing drinks in both rooms we’ve booked. Our flight landed early in the morning and we’ve received early check in, which was really convenient after long way to Egypt( we’ve spent in total 24 hours to get from home to the hotel). The rooms were really very clean, spacious, very light and with all the necessary facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just one day in the morning we had to ask for drinks 3 times and waited for them more than 20 minutes. But this incident hasn’t spoiled our vacations. The food in the main restaurant was really delicious. Everything tasted perfectly. Thanks for this to all the cooks. Also drinks we ordered in the bars were of good quality. We visited fish a la carte restaurant -the girl in the reception Mira refused to book one more a la carte restaurant though during our check in we were informed that we may visit two a la carte restaurants. The atmosphere in fish restaurant was really great as well as service. Free transfer to and from the airport was very helpful. The van was clean and comfortable, the driver was pleasant and helpful. We had early check out due to early flight and missed the breakfast. If the hotel organized breakfast to go it would be great but we didn’t get it. Despite some small issues I would definitely come back to this hotel once more. Hope to do it in autumn.

Facing the beachfront, JAZ Elite Amara offers 5-star accommodation in Marsa Alam City and has a garden, private beach area and terrace. Brand new resort, wonderfully clean and well-maintained. Excellent all-inclusive selection at meals, and some lovely restaurant options that are also included. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times, and more than willing to stop and chat. Good selection of pools and immediate access to a nice beach area, with a diving centre and house reef that we took advantage of with a scuba diving session which was a highlight of our trip. Overall great value for money, especially when considering the meals and the fact that alcohol is included in the all-inclusive price.

Facing the beachfront, JAZ Costa Mares offers 5-star accommodation in Marsa Alam City and has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. We really enjoyed our stay at Iberotel. It's a great place, we were able to see sea turtles and dugongs. The hotel itself is new, modern, comfortable, with great food and friendly staff. Every morning at breakfast we were greeted by Dina with a big smile and we immediately felt like we were at home. We could turn to her or to any member of the staff with any question, for any help. Our child was delighted with her, the staff and Chef's Heyden's incredible team who treated us from morning to evening. The food was very varied, for every taste, and changing each day. The entertainment program was great and varied. We loved the animation team of Mr Simba, and all artists who performed for us. All the staff were very friendly and made our holiday unforgettable. We initially planned to stay for 4 nights, but we liked it so much that we came back for another 3 nights. We will definitely come here again.
