I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Ciudad de Ávila. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel is modern, spotless, and very well maintained, with thoughtful touches that make you feel welcome. The room was spacious, quiet, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities you'd expect—air conditioning, a minibar, a great shower, and reliable Wi-Fi. I especially appreciated the soundproofing, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. Parking was easy and secure, and the location is ideal—close to the historic center of Ávila, yet in a quiet area with easy access to main roads. The breakfast was fresh and convenient, and I also enjoyed a great meal at the on-site restaurant.

Completely renovated in a very nice and modern way, large room, extremely comfortable beds, and super clean! Would I stay again? Definitely yes.

We have used this hotel sevreral times as it is ideally placed for a final night before catching the Santander ferry. It is a former monastery and seems to have been refurbished almost without thought to expense: outstanding facilities and spacious rooms and bathrooms: nothing but the best fittings and tasteful decor. If you have time, it is worth taking the guided tour of the monastery and church which is otherwise off limits. Breakfast good and setting lovely - very historical.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Segovia's beautiful historic center, just a short walk from major attractions like the aqueduct and relatively close to the central bus station, making transportation easy. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, adding to the overall great experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Segovia—would definitely stay here again!
