Even though I booked at the last minute (just 20 minutes before my arrival), Romain met me at the door to give me the keys and show me the apartment. He is an excellent host and a very friendly person! The apartment is spacious and very clean, with all the amenities you'd need. I'd love to stay here again, highly recommended!

The rooms are very spacious, incredibly clean, comfy bed, beautiful view of the lake. The garden area is a dream, so beautiful. Dinner at the restaurant was also amazing. Staff is very polite and friendly.

The studio is stunning, is bigger than expected, with an amazing garden and a big window looking at it, kitchen very well equipped, super comfortable mattress (it’s not a sofa-bed but a fold-away bed), spacious bathroom and parking just outside the apartment with space to leave your bicycle too. The host Sébastien was amazing, very kind person and very informative about the surrounding area, plus there’s plenty of informations inside the studio about the small villages, and activities you can do around lake Annecy. Supermarket nearby and 5 min bike away from the lake. Absolutely recommended!

Great location, super convenient e-bike rental directly from hotel. Super nice and accommodating front desk and wait staff made staying here an absolute pleasure. We entered from the back and noticed the hotel composts food waste. Wonderful to see!

Het Cote Ouest ligt tegenover het meer van Annecy en op 15 minuten rijden van het treinstation van Annecy. De accommodatie, de omgeving en de conciërge waren perfect. De bakker aan de overkant was verdwenen maar de ontbijtmand was perfect Heerlijke plek. Wij komen zeker terug

Black Bass Hotel ligt in Sévrier, op 7 km van de skischool Annecy Semnoz, en biedt een buitenzwembad, een fitnesscentrum, een tuin en gratis WiFi. nice Hotel and its obvious that the management is making sure everything is PERFECT. the parking is good with enough space and easy access, the staff is really helpful and cooperative. the lake view is remarkable day and night and you can go to the shores in a min from your room. i highly recommend this hotel

In a quiet location but very close to the centre of Annecy, which is a beautiful lake town. Apartment was very clean with a good sized balcony , great to sit and dine out on. We were met by owner's son who spoke good English and ran through things. I stupidly posted the keys when leaving in the wrong postbox but owners were thankfully very understanding.
