Hotel Machalas is a large complex of apartments. It is located in Kipoi village which is in central Zagori. The complex’s traditional architecture is based on wood and hand-hewn stone. The property located right at the beginning of the loop trail along the famous bridges of Zagori. Authentic design, perfect cleanliness, comfortable bed, small good equipped kitchen, self controlled fast heating, hot water any time. Great tavern just across the street. Good breakfast. Housed in an impressive stone-built mansion, Aberratio Boutique Hotel is only steps from Aristi’s main square. Spacious furnished lounges with fireplace, a restaurant and a bar are featured. The most comfortable bed of my trip, great breakfast choices, super clean, superb view. Nikolas has a wonderful depth of knowledge about the area - including environmental and cultural aspects - that he was happy to share.

The place is very clean, charming and comfortable. Two restaurants and a beautiful little village square within a walking distance. Monodendri is within a couple of minutes drive. Artemis was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is delicious with homemade pastries and absolutely delicious jams, that Artemis mom makes. The place is run by the family and they were all very welcoming and helpful in giving us great tips on activities in the area. Very recommended!
