The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful. The resort was beautifully designed and fit really well into the surroundings. Our villa was great, with loads of space and lovely, open, green view from the pool. The spa was superb, with very genuine staff who went the extra mile. For example, Tria is an excellent masseuse and my wife went back twice to have sessions with her. The yoga hall is a spectacular but peaceful space, and the morning walk around the rice paddies with Norton was really stunning and interesting.

Location is perfect, very secluded and only 900m from the main road with all the restaurants and shops. Plenty of parking for scooters. If you don't use a scooter, you are just 9min away walking from the main road. The staff is just amazing. They really take good care of you and make it personal. Breakfast is included and very decent. They have 2 types of room, the deluxe and the suite. Deluxe room are cheaper and nice, but the Suite are amazing, and extremely big. Fully recommend. I will definitely come back.

My son was sick during his stay and the hotel staff drove us to the nearest hospital and stayed with us for two hours while we are being medically examined. Last day we were almost scammed by a local driver with unfair taxi rate and they quickly arranged their driver to pick us up from the waterfall and drive us to canggu. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again next time we visit ubud. It will be our second home in ubud.
