Most importantly, the staff was so lovely. All were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for. Holiday Inn Resort Batam offers spacious suites, just 25 minutes by car from Hang Nadim Airport. Clean room and courteous staff. We enjoyed our stay. We had food at the teppanyaki place and the Thai restaurant - food was excellent. Shout out to the lady at the teppanyaki, who was friendly and went out of her way to deliver the food that we couldn't eat, to our room. The pool was excellent and the place was lively with kids shouting about :) Will definitely return.

Swiss-Belinn Baloi Batam is a stylish hotel in Lubuk Baja. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Batu Ampar and Harbour Bay ferry terminals. Hang Nadim Airport is a 30-minutes drive. Stayed here a few times, always clean and comfortable, right next to the best shopping mall in Batam, very good price.
