The ambience and the availability of smoking rooms. The food has a vast variety as well. Staff are friendly though I did make several requests and a few had to be reminded but all in all they did upkeep to my requests. I got to compliment the housekeeping staffs though, I requested for my room to be cleaned up and they done it in front of me within 5 minutes.

Holiday Inn Resort Batam offers spacious suites, just 25 minutes by car from Hang Nadim Airport. Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the resort. The lovely staff always made you feel very welcoming & helpful. Breakfast meal excellent with plenty of variety

Swiss-Belinn Baloi Batam is a stylish hotel in Lubuk Baja. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Batu Ampar and Harbour Bay ferry terminals. Hang Nadim Airport is a 30-minutes drive. Reception were very friendly and helpful. They provided recommendations on shopping and eating nearby.
