Excellent choice of local and international food, great swimming pools with, one of my favorite things of all time, a swim-up-bar, very luxurious room with a big balcony, an ocean view and a quiet pleasant airconditiong system.

Facing the beachfront, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay offers 4-star accommodation in Lagoi and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. The property was beautiful, the surroundings wonderful, excellently designed, the rooms very spacious with a stunning sea view, and the staff – I have never met kinder and more helpful people.

Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel dispone de piscina al aire libre, centro de fitness, jardín y salón de uso común en Lagoi. Living in a hotel / ship / museum was a new experience for us! We also had the pleasure to participate to the ship’s heritage tour and find out about its history and the long journey to its now permanent home in Bintan, meeting also Mr Eric Saw, the man behind this ambitious project. Definetly a worth while experience that made our stay in Bintan a very memorable one! It is also a very relaxing location… also the infinity pool is super nice and the staff is super friendly and ready to help out.

El Cassia Bintan, part of Banyan Group se encuentra en Lagoi, a 44 km de Desaru, y ofrece un alojamiento acogedor y de colores vivos. We had a wonderful stay at Cassia Bintan with my wife and our 5-year-old daughter. We loved the hotel, the access to the pools (including those of the neighbouring property), the delicious food, and above all, the kindness and warmth of the entire staff. The beach right in front of the hotel is stunning, with warm, crystal-clear water — truly paradise. Unfortunately, our daughter was stung by a jellyfish during one of our beach outings. It was a very painful experience that took about three days to stabilise and will take a few more weeks to fully heal. That said, I want to give special recognition to the hotel staff. As I ran carrying my daughter in pain, they immediately came running with a spray bottle of vinegar to neutralise the sting and helped remove some of the stingers. They also arranged transport to the clinic, where she received the necessary medical care. Upon our return to the hotel, they provided us with a bucket of ice and towels to take to our room and help ease the pain — which we had to apply for the next two days. Thankfully, she is now recovering well. Despite this unfortunate incident, it was still an unforgettable experience, and we are grateful for the care and support we received from everyone at the hotel.

Offering the largest outdoor pool in Southeast Asia, Natra Bintan is situated in Treasure Bay in the Bintan Region. There is a restaurant and guests can have fun at the water park and games room. We travelled to Bintan with our 3 kids, and another family and their 2 kids, and we all had a great time. We were genuinely shocked at how beautiful the lagoon (Treasure Bay) looked from the hotel and that it looked exactly like the pictures. We had expected to be disappointed because we assumed the photos must have been heavily Photoshopped, but we were blown away by the aesthetic. The resort is simply gorgeous. The rooms and the lagoon were wonderful and the staff were very friendly and attentive. One of the staff (Djeremy) played snakes and ladders with my son at every meal and was amazing with him. The customer service from all of the staff was first class. We spent time in a lagoon view tent deluxe (right near the lagoon beach) and then spent our last night in one of the tents at the back of the property with the private spa pool . They were both lovely I would recommend Natra Bintan to anyone, particularly young families.

Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG se encuentra en Lagoi, a 5 min a pie de Playa de Lagoi, y ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, centro de fitness y jardín.... It is more a family hotel; most of the guests came with their kids. Food was good, particularly the buffet option. Their staff was very kind and helpful. The massage facility was excellent.
