The property was in a great location, very close to the beach and near shops. It was very clean and spacious. The staff are what made our stay. They are so friendly and helpful and were extremely accommodating. They helped us to book tours and taxis and made gorgeous breakfasts for us each morning. They are what make the place so great!

The staff is exceptionally helpful and well-organized — they even create a group chat where they share tips for the perfect stay, from recommended excursions to the best local restaurants. We followed all their suggestions, and every single one turned out amazing — so much so that we went back to some of the same places more than once! What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding staff and their dedication. They offer convenient extra services, like express laundry, and respond to any issue immediately. For example, when we had a problem with the fan late at night (around midnight), they came and fixed it within ten minutes! A truly extraordinary vacation full of privacy and relaxation. A place I would return to a thousand times over — honestly, if I could, I’d make it a regular stop and stay even longer every time

El establecimiento Kelapa Villas se encuentra en una plantación de cocoteros, en el noroeste de Gili Trawangan. Todas las villas están valladas y tienen piscina privada. The food was amazing, the fact that we could have breakfast as late as 2pm was amazing. Their information, assitance and service was top notch. From the arrival, the organization to the leaving was nothing short of perfect.
