The staff were the highlight of my stay — always smiling, helpful, and genuinely caring about guests' comfort. I’m truly satisfied with my stay and will definitely choose Main Hotel again in the future. Highly recommended!

All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful and very respectful! They were so responsive to anything we needed! They were never intrusive. The staff were so friendly and just so personable. The staff made our stay so much nicer! Thank you to all of them for their hospitality! The kitchen staff were also so helpful. Everyone made us feel so welcomed and appreciated.

The resort gave a feel of the surrounding Harapan civilisation with beautiful artifacts placed all over in reception, restaurant and other common spaces.
