We, a group of 6 in 3 rooms, had a fantastic and pampered stay at the ITC Welcomhotel in Pahalgam. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and clean. Horseback riding departed directly from the hotel. All the staff were top notch including the friendly doormen, the accommodating and attentive front desk staff, the soothing spa staff, and the outstanding restaurant wait staff. The breakfast and dinner menu was incredible and delicious, and reflected the local Kashmiri specialties.

Sitting 1730 metres above sea level, the luxurious Taj Dal View enjoys majestic views of the mountains and Dal Lake. Amazing place and very good staff! I recommend this hotel !
