Amazing room and facilities. We had a great experience, the staff was super friendly and we even tried paddle as the hotel is part of a sport club. We had daily transfers to the city included with the parking rates so it was super practical and easy.

The service is top, with staff members being exceptionally friendly, helpful, and responsive. Communication during our stay, even via WhatsApp was prompt and efficient. Other highlights include the spacious rooms, extremely comfortable beds, and luxurious bathrooms, featuring amenities like large rain showers. The hotel combines outstanding style, functionality, and location, making it a perfect choice for a city break. It’s clear that a lot of love and effort has gone into making this hotel stand out, and it lives up to its name as a true luxury suite experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Como and will undoubtedly stay at Aurum Como Luxury Suites again.
