The staff were friendly and communicative, smooth check-in & out. Storage for luggage is available. Spectacular view of the Chiostro di Michelangelo from the room (got a free upgrade :)) . The location is excellent, very close to Termini Train Station (easy access to Fiumicino Airport) and walking distance to several attractions.
