Our room was on the second floor with a balcony and a view of the valley. It was pristine clean and nicely decorated. The hotel is located in a cute small village close to Montepulciano and Pienza (just a ten minute drive). Free parking at the property. A-list hosts! We were welcomed by the energetic, fun and cheerful Nicolo Whose contagious energy and joy, made our stay unforgettable. He and his lovely family went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He recommended good restaurants around to eat and nice hidden gems to visit around the village. The breakfast was really good with a great selection of savory and sweets. Looking forward to going back!

The friendly and intelligent staff on their toes to make your stay memorable. All was in good taste and extremely generous. The hotel is set up in a converted convent so it has very spacious rooms, spread out in an old building with beautiful renovation in the rooms. oh and the breakfast was fantastic with beautiful views. most highly recommended!!

It was exactly what was promised. An old building in the heart of Tuscany int the middle of an olive orchard. Unfortunately we only spent a night there and wished we could have stayed longer. The restaurant was also very nice with a nice view of the sunset over the hills. The rooms are extremely spacious, clean and beautiful. Overall, we would come back at anytime in a heartbeat

The host left a pie and wine for us at our arrival. Also perfect if you are by car because the parking spot is free and nearby. Would recommend.
