We had to check out before breakfast time and the kitchen prepared us an incredibly good Bento breakfast box including orange juice to go. All the staff is amazing and was the friendliest one we ever had in our long travel history. They even arranged an extra air port bus shuttle for us to be at the airport before the official shuttle service started. Thank you so much for your great job!

HOTEL GRANVIA HIROSHIMA SOUTH GATE es un alojamiento muy bien situado en Hiroshima que ofrece un desayuno buffet y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. great location just by Hiroshima station, easy to hop on to tram/train/buses. also have Minamoa shopping mall just besides it so plenty of food options as well. sound insulation generally good and staff were especially polite and well trained.

Our stay exceeded our expectations, which were already high based on photos and reviews of the hotel. The staff gave us a wonderful welcome and provided all useful information we could need (in English) and were so helpful in arranging transfers to and from the ferry port. The facility is gorgeous and it is clear that a lot of thought went into the details, from the amenities to the decor and also in the guest experience. The onsens were also beautifully done and very relaxing. The food was excellent and most of it locally sourced. The Japanese breakfast was exceptional and we also had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. Lastly, the staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a very lovely stay and would stay again!

GRAND BASE Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park se encuentra en el centro de Hiroshima, a 7 min a pie de Parque Memorial de la Paz de Hiroshima y a 700 metros de Monumento de la Paz de Hiroshima, y ofrece... The room is furnished with well maintained and modern furniture and appliances. The washing machine was a huge plus and laundry detergent was even provided! Kitchenette had everything I needed, microwave, refrigerator with separate freezer, plates, cups, utensils, comfortable bed and a very nice night shirt! Better than the ones at Daiwa Roynet Hotels. Great location and fair price. Out of the three hotels I've stayed at in Japan this was the most spacious and best amenities. Fair price too! Check in procedure was actually very efficient and went smoothly. The lockable luggage station was great. No problem with the hotel being unstaffed. This hotel is run very well!

Sayomi was such a kind and generous host. The food she cooked was amazing (and plentiful) and we enjoyed staying in a traditional Japanese house. Sayomi also helped us to arrange the transport. We loved the massage chair.

The staff was extremely nice and took care of us. The room and its view were breath taking. They even helped me with my food allergy and made sure I can eat the food they are offering. The room was quiet with some ocean waves splashing into the shore sounds.
