The hotel staff are superb, comparable and i would say even better than some five star hotels ! Hotel got modern architecture with pleasent views. I usualy dont stay at same hotels when revisiting locations, but if i ever visit Kumamoto again, i would definitley stay here again just for the team working there to make your visit memorable.

Open from September 2019, only 150 metres from JR Hakata Train Station, Miyako Hotel Hakata offers stylish rooms with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. Location and staff were impeccable. For example, when the front desk called for a taxi, one of the concierges in the lobby escorted us to the taxi, and made sure the driver knew where we were going. The rooftop pool and spa were most welcome after a long day of travel.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the view is amazing. We used the spa which was lovely and the pool and onsen are relaxing.

Located next to the train station. Room we stayed was with a balcony and has a tremendous view of the hills and the bridge across the bay.

The room was amazing and super comfy we got the last room on the floor which I love personally. The onsen was great my friend ate breakfast and was impressed with the service, we were in Kagoshima since our flights were canceled due to bad weather so this was a break on our long holiday and it was perfect the gym was being serviced so we could only use it in the morning but the onsen was great only thing to remember is you cannot get anything to eat at the hotel post 9pm if you are flying in late. The concierge was super helpful in planning our trip out.

The358 SORA dispone de salón de uso común, terraza, restaurante y centro de spa y bienestar en Fukuoka. The public bath is absolutely amazing, there was also popsicles to enjoy. Welcome drink is a big bonus. Breakfast is really good as well.
